Senior Quantity Surveyor
Chartered, or with suitable experience of at least 10 years, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple projects at pre and post contract stage, with minimal supervision to the highest standard of complex construction schemes up to £100m. You will be proactive and self motivated, use initiative and maintain and develop good client relations. . You should have excellent communication skills and be able to report and present to senior management level meetings. You will have excellent team and communication skills. You will also have an opportunity to support marketing strategy; some experience in this area would be beneficial.

Senior Project Managers: I
Qualified or with suitable experience of at least 15 years, this could be an interesting role to be developed by the right candidate, leading to associate. You will have experience of delivery under pressure of complex new build and refurbishment construction schemes up to £100m. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to report and present to senior management level meetings. You will also have an opportunity to take responsibility for marketing strategy and should therefore already have gained some experience in this area.

Senior Project Managers: II
With suitable qualifications, demonstrable skills portfolio and at least 10 years experience (including at least 4 years dealing with FTSE top 100 companies) you will have responsibility for a number of projects, with values ranging from £3m to £20m. In addition to day to day management of team and client you will contribute to the growth plans and support marketing events for the company.

Project Managers
Probably qualified, with at least 5 years experience in private practice consultancy serving large companies, with demonstrable skills and seeking a new challenge, you will have experience of a variety of construction works possibly involving secondment to a corporate client. Previous management and team control roles essential for this as you will be controlling projects. Flexible, innovative, can lead and report to others.
